{"id":24434,"date":"2023-12-15T02:26:09","date_gmt":"2023-12-15T07:26:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.watchtime.com\/wristwatch-industry-news\/kollokium-kp-n01-with-video\/"},"modified":"2023-12-15T02:26:09","modified_gmt":"2023-12-15T07:26:09","slug":"kollokium-kp-n01-with-video","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pureluxurymag.com\/watchnews\/kollokium-kp-n01-with-video\/","title":{"rendered":"Kollokium K,P\u2013n\u00b001 (with Video)"},"content":{"rendered":"<div><img src=\"https:\/\/pureluxurymag.com\/watchnews\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/kollokium-kp-n01-with-video.jpg\" class=\"ff-og-image-inserted\"><\/div>\n<p>Three years ago, watch industry veteran Manuel Emch, freelance designer Barth Nussbaumer and Amr Sindi (thehorophile) decided it was time to create a completely new watch brand in order to <em>\u201cto truly, fully manifest objects they envision without the compromises of structure.\u201d<\/em> Today, the <strong>Kollokium <\/strong>Projekt 01 (K,P\u2013n\u00b001) was officially unveiled, the brand\u2019s first creation has been made in a limited run of 99 pieces that was offered to friends and family of the three founders (at a price of CHF 2,666.66 each). Other executions of Projekt 01 can be expected <em>\u201cduring the first quarter of 2024.\u201d<\/em> <\/p>\n<p>We had the chance to see the inaugural watch a couple of weeks ago:<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n[embedded content]\n<\/div>\n<\/figure>\n<p>For the two-part, 40-mm steel case, a die-casting process was chosen, resulting in a granular texture. On the dial, 468 pins were applied, a look that was inspired by <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Pin_art\" target=\"_blank\">pin art boards<\/a>.
