In 2022, independent Swiss luxury watch brand Speake-Marin introduced the Ripples, an integrated stainless-steel watch which offered a completely new design that combines sporty elegance with an unconventional aura. Adding to the collection this year is the Ripples Blue Jeans. This three-hand watch is distinguished by its textured dial, which evokes the shape of ripples when viewed from the side, and also by its sleek off-centered subsidiary seconds dial.
To top off the unusual appearance, the 40.3mm case is presented in the shape of a rounded square and combined with a circular dial opening. Following the previous dial options of black and yellow gold, the new Ripples Blue Jeans lives up to its name.
Underneath the dial with a “washed-out” blue jeans colorway ticks the finely finished in-house automatic caliber SMA03-T with a power reserve of 52 hours. Thanks to the integration of a micro-rotor, the self-winding movement is very flat, allowing for a svelte height of just 9.2mm.
The Speake-Marin Ripples Blue Jeans is limited to 60 pieces with retail pricing marked at CHF 23,000 (approximately $25,600).
