Collective Horology— a horological collectors’ group specialized in the creation of collaborative watches and retail of independent brands within the US— announces their ninth collaboration in partnership with Oris via the new Divers “Seventy-Five.” Yes, you read that right, we’re talking about a Divers Sixty-Five reimagined as a child of the 1970s, and thus christened Divers “Seventy-Five.”
Like the famous and very popular Sixty-Five, this offspring comes with a diameter of 40mm and is water-resistant to 100 meters. Its stunning dial takes the familiar retro-sixties style one decade ahead, drawing inspiration from 1970s California graphic design and eye-catching color ways. The watch is attached to a two-tone bracelet with the middle links crafted from bronze— an Oris signature material.
The “Seventy-Five” comes equipped with the Hölstein-based cutting edge Calibre 400, which provides a five-day power reserve (120 hours), improved resistance to magnetism thanks to 30 non-ferrous and anti-magnetic components including a silicon escape wheel and anchor, and 10-year recommended service intervals as well as a 10-year warranty.
The Oris Divers “Seventy-Five” Calibre 400 C.04 for Collective is limited to 250 pieces and priced at $4,500, with an exclusive pre-order price of $4,150. The watches are currently in production, and will ship in December 2023. Pre-orders are open now exclusively at collectivehorology.com.
